Transactional emails (registration, password reset) don't count against the alert quota. File attachments have no storage quota; single files up to 20 MB. 7-day full refund, no questions asked.
No. The three product lines are mutually exclusive — one account subscribes to one line at a time. To switch, cancel your current subscription and purchase the other line. Historical data is not migrated.
The administrator creates a subcontractor sub-account linked to that person's record. They log in with their own credentials and manage only their own certificates.
Creation of new records is blocked, but you keep read-only access to your history. See the Terms of Service for the data retention policy.
Payment is handled by Creem (credit card, Apple Pay and more). After checkout your account is created automatically and the initial password is emailed to you.
